Job summary

The Goddard School is seeking an Assistant Director to help oversee daily operations, support the Director, and ensure high standards of education and care at the Frisco, TX campus. You will lead staff, comply with licensing, and cultivate strong family/community ties.

Qualified candidates have an associate degree in a related field and at least 3 years of early childhood teaching experience, with strong communication and leadership skills to mentor the team and drive quality learning

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience teaching in early childhood education.
• Strong knowledge of child development, early learning best practices, team leadership and classroom management.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Must pass required state background checks and meet state requirements.

The Assistant Director will assist in overseeing the daily operations of the school, ensuring the highest standards of education and care. This role involves supporting the Director in managing staff, maintaining compliance with licensing requirements and fostering positive relationships with families and the community.
