The Waters in Eden Prairie, MN, seeks an Assistant Dining Room Manager to lead front-of-house operations and deliver an exceptional dining experience for residents and guests.

You will supervise dining room staff, coordinate with the kitchen, uphold service standards, and help create a welcoming, club-like atmosphere aligned with our mission to THRIVE. Salary ranges and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Previous server and staff management experience in a restaurant-like setting.
• Provide hiring, training, leadership, counseling, and oversight of all serving staff.
• Participate directly in daily operations: managing, serving, cleaning under the direction of the Director of Dining Services.
• Responsible for overall front of house operations to ensure a memorable dining experience.
• Work as a team with the other kitchen staff, overlapping responsibilities as needed to ensure exceptional service to residents and guests.

Assistant Dining Room Manager ensures that an exceptional dining experience for our residents and guest. The Assistant Dining Room Manager will provide hands on dining room management of all front of house serving staff. Our restaurant and cafe function in a similar way to a hotel or private club restaurant and/or cafe.
