What You'll Do
  1. Manage all dining services and personnel.
  2. Ensure nourishing and well-balanced meals are prepared and served to meet residents' nutritional needs.
  3. Develop and implement operational methods and management systems for efficiency.
  4. Collaborate with the Registered Dietitian to improve dining quality.
  5. Supervise food preparation.

  • Indiana certification as a Certified Dietary Manager.
  • Minimum of three (3) years supervisory experience in a food-service healthcare setting, preferably long-term care.
  • Cooking/culinary experience is required.
  • Must hold Serv-Safe Certification.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • A passion for working with elderly residents in a caring, compassionate manner.
