Qualifications

• Ability to perform the job assignments of the Housekeeper, Floor Tech, Laundry Worker and Personal Clothing worker as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Administrative: Ensures sanitation and safety standards are maintained; works varied shifts as necessary; interacts with residents, clients, staff, and management.
• Customer Service Management: Responds to resident preferences, complies with guidelines, and meets residents' needs.
• Compliance: Maintains infection control and universal precautions policies; ensures equipment and supplies are maintained; trains staff on safety procedures.

ADMINISTRATIVE

• Ensures that established sanitation and safety standards are maintained. This includes but is not limited to working varied shifts as necessary.
• Interacts appropriately with residents, client, other personnel, Account Manager, District Manager and the public.

CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGEMENT

• Ensures that established sanitation and safety standards are maintained. This includes but is not limited to working varied shifts as necessary.
• Responds to customer preferences, complies with industry and federal and state guidelines, and meets the needs of residents.

COMPLIANCE

• Ability to perform the job assignments of the Housekeeper, Floor Tech, Laundry Worker and Personal Clothing worker as necessary.
• Ability to recognize hazards and follow appropriate protective equipment measures, read and understand MSDS sheets, and communicate/train employees as to such.
• Assists with the development, maintenance and implementation of infection control and universal precautions policies and procedures to ensure that a sanitary environment is maintained at all times and that all environmental services personnel follow proper reporting, isolation and hand-washing procedures/techniques.
• Ensures that necessary equipment & supplies are maintained and operable to perform necessary duties and services.
