We are looking for an Assistant Dietary Manager to join our Dietary Team in maintaining the smooth running of the kitchen & dining room.

Assistant Dietary Manager Expectations:

1. Responsible for supervision of the overall operation of our dietary service.
2. Oversee production, quality, sanitation, maintenance, and safety for all food preparation.
3. Establish the dietary department policies and procedures of our residents' care plan.
4. Assist the Dietary Manager in developing the department budget and maintaining costs.
5. Schedule department working hours and personnel work assignments to ensure quality patient care.
