Qualifications

• 1–2 years of apparel design experience, preferably within activewear or related categories.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop on a Mac platform.
• Experience creating technical sketches, CADs, and tech packs.
• Understanding of the apparel product development and sample approval process.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist the design team with seasonal concept development, competitive shopping, and color card preparation.
• Create detailed technical sketches, CADs, and production-ready tech packs.
• Develop presentation boards for line reviews, including prints, graphics, and product concepts.
• Prepare artwork for placement graphics and all-over prints.
• Track samples from proto through TOP, ensuring accuracy throughout the development process.
• Partner with Production to review and communicate comments on lab dips, strike-offs, trims, and production samples.
• Maintain accurate product specifications and support the design team throughout the product lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has experience creating CADs, developing tech packs, and managing the sample process from proto through TOP while collaborating closely with design, production, and overseas partners.

Responsibilities:
