MAD Engine Global is seeking an Assistant Designer to join our growing Design team in California. The role supports the design and development of licensed and private label apparel, creates CADs and production-ready files, and researches trends and colors with consumer insights.

You will collaborate with Merchandising, Production, Licensing, and Sales to bring products from concept to production. Join a fast-paced, creative team and help bring brands to life.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of apparel design experience or relevant internships.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop.
• Strong eye for trends, color, and graphic design.
• Organized, collaborative, and eager to learn.
