Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Training and Development Lead for Product Sales Specialists to ensure an exceptional shopping experience. You will train staff, deliver product knowledge, and enforce safety and SOPs across the showroom in North Richland Hills, TX.

You will oversee certification courses, merchandising accuracy, pricing, and POS operations while driving Floor & Decor’s core values and customer satisfaction. Forklift proficiency and inventory coordination are also involved.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Willingness to complete product specialist certification courses.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to product sales specialists to deliver excellent customer service.
• Complete all product specialist certification courses.
• Maintain merchandising, pricing and department organization.
• Communicate SOP changes to associates in a timely manner.
• Oversee forklift proficiency testing and certification as required.
• Manage inventory needs and assist with showroom floor placement.
• Greet customers, answer product questions and support selections.
• Operate POS during checkout and handle refunds/exchanges per policies.
