Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Training and Sales Specialist Coordinator to develop Product Sales Specialists and ensure a positive customer shopping experience with expert product information.

You will lead training, manage certification courses, and oversee merchandising and pricing in the department while upholding safety and company standards.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
