Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. seeks a Training and Development lead for Product Sales Specialists to ensure exceptional customer service and knowledgeable product guidance in a busy retail showroom environment.

You will drive the company philosophy of the basic P’s of retail and oversee certification programs, inventory coordination, and effective communication of procedures to store teams.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED and 1 year of customer service/sales experience or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop Product Sales Specialists.
• Ensure excellent customer service and product information delivery.
• Lead merchandising, pricing, and department organization.
• Coordinate certification courses for product specialists.
• Communicate SOPs and changes to associates in a timely manner.
• Assist customers with product questions and selections.
• Process checkouts and refunds according to guidelines.
• Present how-to classes to customers.
• Stock and tag merchandise displays and create price signs.
