Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Training Facilitator to lead the development of Product Sales Specialists and ensure customers receive exceptional service and accurate product information in a fast-paced home improvement retail environment.

You will coordinate training, certify staff, manage merchandising, pricing, POS processes, and communicate SOP changes while upholding safety and company values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop Product Sales Specialists.
• Provide direction to product sales specialists to ensure high customer service.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of merchandise and installation.
• Complete all product specialist certification courses.
• Demonstrate merchandising, pricing and department organization.
• Communicate SOP direction and changes to associates promptly.
• Complete forklift proficiency testing and certification.
• Process checkout transactions and handle refunds/exchanges.
• Greet customers and assist with product questions and selections.
• Create price tags and merchandise signs.
