Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Training Lead for Product Sales Specialists to elevate customer service and product knowledge across the store.

You will oversee certification courses, mentor associates, and ensure effective merchandising, pricing, and POS operations while upholding safety and company values. This full-time role requires at least a high school diploma and 1 year in customer service or sales, with strong communication and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
