Aspen Dental is seeking an Assistant Dental Office Manager (Operations Lead) in Charlottesville, VA. You will report to the Manager, supervise the front office, and coordinate patient scheduling and billing to support high-quality care.

As an Assistant Dental Office Manager, you will report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks and duties to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients. When you join an Aspen Dental practice, you’ll participate in an eight‑week training program to succeed in your role.
