Job summary

Salem State University is seeking an Assistant Dean, Partnerships and Programs to strengthen relationships with PK-12 districts, community colleges, and community organizations across Massachusetts. You will support the School of Education’s academic initiatives and coordinate educator preparation efforts with a focus on outcomes for students and communities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education or a related field.
• Six or more years of experience in a role of similar complexity, subject area, and responsibility.
• Demonstrated partnership and collaboration experiences.
• Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience managing complex projects, systems, or operational functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain partnerships with PK-12 school districts, community colleges, and community organizations while supporting the School's academic and programmatic initiatives.
• Collect and analyze partnership and program data to inform continuous improvement efforts, oversee partnership agreements, and help coordinate initiatives that enhance educator preparation and student success.
