Salem State University is seeking an Assistant Dean, Partnerships and Programs to strengthen relationships with PK-12 districts, community colleges, and community organizations across Massachusetts. In this role, you will develop and maintain partnerships with PK-12 school districts, community colleges, and community organizations while supporting the School's academic and programmatic initiatives. You will collect and analyze partnership and program data to inform continuous improvement efforts, oversee partnership agreements, and help coordinate initiatives that enhance educator preparation and student success.

This is a hybrid position in Salem, MA with on-campus, in-person responsibilities, which may require occasional work on evenings and weekends.
