Position Number: S80990

This position is a Grade: 10 - 40 with an approximate salary range of $66,270-$80,620, subject to change based on experience, skills, and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide a data-driven comprehensive support system to facilitate students’ academic transition to Lehigh and address challenges to their success, retention, persistence, and degree progress.
  2. Develop and coordinate support services for students in academic jeopardy, such as academic warning, probation, or identified through other academic indicators.
  3. Serve as the ALST liaison to students and campus partners working directly with targeted student populations.
  4. Lead the development and implementation of broad-based programming within the ALST unit.
  5. Supervise, manage finances, and support functions of the Academic Life and Student Transitions Office and the Dean of Students Office.
Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Counseling, Student Affairs, Higher Education Administration, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Three to five years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in academic support, advising, retention programs, or student affairs preferred.
