Job summary

Utah Valley University seeks an Assistant Dean for Industry Partnerships and Projects to lead strategic industry collaborations, secure project sponsorships, and build scalable processes for industry-sponsored student projects.

You will collaborate with faculty and industry partners to align capstone and applied programs with workforce needs, while supporting experiential education and program outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or closely related field.
• Three years of progressively responsible industry experience in project management/engineering design/industry partnerships.
• Three years of progressively responsible experience in higher education collaboration and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop college-wide strategy to expand industry partnerships and sponsorships.
• Coordinate contracts, IP, risk management, and sponsor engagement.
