The College of Pharmacy was established in 2011 and is part of the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth (UNTHSC). Other colleges at UNTHSC include the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine, College of Public Health, College of Health Professions, College of Biological and Translational Sciences, and the College of Nursing.
Located in the Fort Worth cultural district, the University of North Texas Health Science Center is one of the fastest-growing academic health science centers in Texas. The University currently enrolls 2,700 graduate students who are pursuing degrees in medicine, bio-medical sciences, pharmacy, physical therapy, physician assistant studies, nutrition, lifestyle health, and public health. Position Overview
The University of North Texas System College of Pharmacy is inviting applications for the position of Assistant Dean for Student Services. This individual will be a faculty member who will guide the College’s efforts with respect to admissions and recruitment, student retention, and student wellbeing who will enhance the UNTHSC vision and mission, while making meaningful contributions to the profession of pharmacy and the community.
Minimum Qualifications
An earned doctorate or professional pharmacy degree, experience consistent with an appointment at the assistant to associate professor rank.

Preferred Qualifications: The position is located in the Department of Pharmacotherapy, so preference will be given to those whose academic appointments are applicable (e.g., Pharm.D. with residency or fellowship, Ph.D. in Pharmacy Administration or related field, Ed.D., etc.)
