Job summary

Primrose School of North Shore – Danvers is seeking enthusiastic full-time educators to join our team and provide a nurturing, safe, and engaging preschool environment. Teachers will use the Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum and work with families to support children's early development.

We offer consistent hours with scheduled shifts, paid planning time, and access to tuition assistance and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience in childcare or early education.
• EEC certification or equivalent is required.
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a nurturing, engaging classroom environment for preschool-aged children.
• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans (provided).
• Maintain classroom safety and positive behavior management.
• Communicate with children, families, and team members.
• Support children’s social, emotional, and individual learning needs.
• Participate in ongoing professional development.
• Bring energy, positivity, and joy to the classroom.

Schedule: 10:00 - 5:30 pm, 9:00 - 3:00 pm
