Primrose School of North Shore – Danvers is hiring dedicated educators to nurture preschoolers in a supportive, professional setting. The role offers full‑time hours and a schedule that includes 10:00 - 5:30 pm or 9:00 - 3:00 pm shifts, with ongoing training and development provided.

We provide training, resources, and consistency to help you succeed while impacting children’s lives daily and growing your own career in early childhood education.

Qualifications

• Experience in childcare or early education.
• EEC Certification or equivalent.
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field (preferred).
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Create a nurturing, engaging classroom environment for preschool‑aged children.
• Implement age‑appropriate lesson plans (provided).
• Maintain classroom safety and positive behavior management.
• Communicate with children, families, and team members.
• Support children’s social, emotional, and individual learning needs.
• Participate in ongoing professional development.
• Bring energy, positivity, and joy to the classroom.

$19.00–$22.00 per hour (based on experience, education, and training)
