A leading company is seeking an Assistant Cutting Operator to support cutting operations. The role involves assisting the lead operator, maintaining safety, and ensuring quality in production. Ideal candidates should have a high school diploma and some manufacturing experience. The position offers a structured schedule and competitive hourly pay.

The assistant cutting operator (Jogger) assists the lead in setting up, adjusting, and safely operating all cutting equipment to prepare products to be packed, collated, or bound, ensuring they meet customer specifications in accordance with company policies and procedures. The Assistant Cutter is also responsible for ensuring a safe and continuous flow of accurately jogged and measured paper sheets from jogging stations to the cutting section.
2nd Shift, Monday-Friday, eight or more hours per day, five days per week based on business needs. Primary schedule will be 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM, or similar. Training may occur at other times.
$16.00 to $18.00 hourly, with compensation commensurate with experience.
