An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Front End Manager to oversee operations and ensure exceptional customer service. Pay Range: $15.50- $24.50
Responsible for ensuring each Front End associate provides fast, friendly, and efficient customer service. Oversees the entire Front End operation, including customer checkout (registers, scanning, and service), bottle return, cleaning of the break room and restrooms, and maintaining the parking lot and sidewalk area. Ensures all front end policies and procedures are followed. Assists the Customer Service Manager in communicating and enforcing company programs with all Front End associates.
High School Diploma or equivalent. 1-3 years related experience.
Exposure to cold and hot environments, frequent bending, walking, standing, squatting/kneeling, grasping, twisting, and pivoting. Occasional lifting and pushing/pulling up to 75 lbs, with durations specified.
* Equipment used by minors (under 18) should follow the policy dated June 2008.
