An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Front End Supervisor to lead a team in delivering exceptional customer service. Pay Range: $15.50 - $24.50
Responsible for ensuring each Front End associate provides fast, friendly, and efficient customer service. Oversees the entire Front End operation, including customer checkout (registers, scanning, and service), bottle return, cleaning of the break room and restrooms, and maintaining the parking lot and sidewalk area. Ensures all front end policies and procedures are followed. Assists the Customer Service Manager in communicating and enforcing company programs among Front End staff.
High School Diploma or equivalent; 1-3 years related experience.
* Equipment used by minors (under 18) must comply with the 'Equipment use by Minor Associates' policy (June 2008).
