Pay Range: $15.50- $24.50

To be the advocate for our guests and consistently meet our guests' expectations by providing a friendly, helpful, easy, and safe shopping experience. Responsible for projecting oneself in a professional manner and maintaining a neat and clean work area at all times. Responsible for supervising the Guest Service area.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Greet, make eye contact and thank each guest that you service.
  2. Deliver a friendly, helpful, easy, and safe shopping experience that meets our guests' expectations.
  3. Project oneself in a professional manner in accordance with our dress code and personal grooming policy.
  4. Work in a safe manner and maintain a neat and clean work area at all times in accordance with our policies and procedures.
  5. Supervise the Guest Service area.
  6. Maintain all cash controls related to sales, currency, miscellaneous sales, and miscellaneous income.
  7. Accurately process and report on daily/weekly cash and sales activities.
  8. Schedule, train, and coach Guest Service teammates to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
  9. Maintain cashier control reports and office security in accordance with company policies and procedures (LISA – Look InSide Always / BOB – Bottom of Basket).
  10. Count and record all monies from cashiers according to company policies and procedures, record and process bank deposits.
  11. Ensure that the Guest Service area and related items are properly secured while working and at the end of each shift.
  12. Communicate new policies or promotional programs to our guests.
  13. Perform other related duties as assigned by management and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Must be at least 18 years of age.
  2. Strong communication skills.
  3. Exceptional customer service skills.
  4. Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
  5. Strong supervisory skills.
  6. Must be reliable.
  7. Must show a high level of integrity and professionalism.
  8. Ability to read and write at the 8th grade level.
  9. Basic Math skills.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or equivalent. 1-3 years related experience.
