Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and a positive front-end environment.
• Manage cash handling, tills, reconciliation, refunds, and transactions.
• Monitor inventory and ordering of front-end supplies.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop front-end associates and supervisors.
• Support labor planning, budgeting, and expense control for the department.
• Maintain policy compliance, safety standards, and procedures.
• Complete daily reports and payroll processes.

Main Responsibilities

• Complete daily reports, payroll processes, and required documentation
