Bonefish Grill in Miami is seeking an Assistant Culinary Manager to support back-of-house operations, uphold kitchen standards, and ensure timely, high-quality food preparation.

The ideal candidate will coach team members, manage opening crew setups, monitor temps and sanitation, review inventory, and maintain compliance with safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Certified trainer in back-of-house functions.
• Passing grade in Assessment testing.
• Willing and able to work a flexible schedule.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Minimum 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Maintain restaurant kitchen standards and food safety.
• Assist in set ups for opening crew in the kitchen.
• Check schedules and supervise team members for efficient BOH operations.
• Evaluate close from night before and monitor temps on equipment.
• Review daily inventory and uphold sanitation checklists.
• Follow recipe cards and ensure timely order prep.
