Chatham University invites applications for the position of Assistant Cross Country Coach. This role supports all aspects of the University’s NCAA Division III Cross Country program, which competes in the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC).

Assistant Cross Country Coach

Chatham University invites applications for the position of Assistant Cross Country Coach. This role supports allaspects of the University’s NCAA Division III Cross Countryprogram, which competes in the Presidents' Athletic Conference(PAC). The Assistant Coach will play an integral role in fosteringa positive and competitive student-athlete experience throughrecruitment, athletic development, leadership cultivation, andprogram operations. This position requires a commitment to theacademic, athletic, and personal success of student-athletes whileupholding the values and standards of Chatham University, the NCAA,and the PAC.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, organizing, implementing and following upon recruitment.
• Assist in coordinating athletic planning, program developmentand assessment of student-athletes’ performance, retention,personal development and leadership development.
• Assist in overseeing program budget and resourcemanagement.
• Assist in supporting campus endeavors and coordinate athleticevents to enhance campus community and school pride.
• Assist in ensuring adherence to University, NCAA and PACregulations and policies.

Salary Range:

$12,000 annually/ 20-hour work week.
