An established industry player is seeking a Chief of Litigation to oversee legal matters for the County. This pivotal role involves conducting civil litigation, preparing legal documents, and advising on legal matters. The ideal candidate will have extensive litigation experience and a strong understanding of legal procedures. Regular Schedule: 35 hours per week

General Overview
Under general supervision of the County Attorney, Deputy County Attorney, the Chief of Litigation assists with litigation, operational, transactional, and administrative matters concerning Baltimore County government.

Education and Qualifications
A law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
