Description:
Your role requires several outcomes or goals to be met. You are expected to meet the following financial, guest, and employee KPIs that are essential to our success. Securing the asset of the property is the most important role you will have. Building strong interpersonal relationships with the Cage, Security, Slot, Gaming Audit and Surveillance departments is a must. Your success will depend on the strength of these relationships. You will need to build a strong team that is capable of spending a great deal of time together in a small space day in and out. The team must want to work for the company but also for each other.
Qualifications:
Minimum One (1) to Two (2) years of Count Team Leadership experience. Ability to obtain a Nevada Gaming registration (must be 21 years of age)
