Job Summary:
The Assistant Cook Trainee will develop competency in and demonstrate the ability to perform food preparation duties related to the service of hot and cold foods to all customers, hospital patients, staff, and visitors. This position will function under the general supervision of the department leaders and the direct observation of a department team member.
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:
A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience and a minimum of 1 year of previous food service experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:
High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
