Pay Rate:$16.92/hour
Wage: According to the collective bargaining agreement (starting rate is fixed and non-negotiable)
Earning Days:Determined by the negotiated calendar

Summary Of Position
The Production & Utility employee reports directly to the Kitchen Manager and is responsible for the duties so assigned by the Manager.

- Assist in all areas of production, serving and cleanup

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated good attendance and punctuality
- Professional appearance, as described in by the Departmental Uniform and Personal Hygiene guidelines
- Food service production experience or the ability to learn
- Ability to work well with students and staff
- Willingness to be trained in all areas of food production
- Knowledge of or the willingness to learn proper sanitation and food handling procedures
- Demonstrated ability to participate as a member of a team
- Demonstrated ability to work in a diverse environment

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
