Job summary

Froedtert Holy Family Memorial is seeking a part-time Food Service Assistant to support retail food and beverage service for visitors, staff and patients at the Manitowoc facility. You will follow standardized recipes and production sheets, ensure food is presented and portioned according to established standards, and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Minimum 1 year of food service experience in healthcare preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Job Summary

Assist in performing all duties related to retail food and beverage items for visitors, hospital staff and patients. Follows standardized recipes and production sheets; assures that food served is in accordance to established standards and procedures. Maintains quality standards in presentation and portion control. Other duties as assigned.

Experience Description

A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience and a minimum of 1 year of previous food service experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.

Education Description

High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
