The Grafton Job Corps Center is seeking cafeteria personnel to provide quality meals to young adults in a federally funded residential program. Pay is $20.67 per hour, with a schedule from 10:00am to 7:00pm Thursday through Monday, and 11 paid holidays per year.

Vacation and sick time are provided, offering a stable, rewarding work environment. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent; advanced degrees preferred; prior food service experience is desirable; must obtain ServSafe

Qualifications

• Assists in the preparation and presentation of quality food.
• Assists in kitchen clean-up, washing dishes, cleaning and sanitizing the food preparation area to ensure sanitation and cleanliness of all food service areas.
• Transports finished meals from preparation area to serving line.
• Keeps serving counters stocked with prepared food.

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Advanced degrees preferred. Prefer previous experience in food service. Must be able to obtain ServSafe credentials. Physical requirements include sitting, standing, climbing, walking, lifting, pulling and/or pushing, carrying, reaching, stooping and crouching. Demonstrates the ability to lift 40 pounds and / or the ability to assess the lift load in order to ask for necessary assistance.
