Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting operations including cash management and general ledger activities.
• Lead monthly and annual financial close processes and prepare financial statements.
• Oversee investment accounting and related software.
• Provide guidance to accounting staff and drive process improvements.
• Manage accounting, reporting, and compliance for real estate operations and affiliated entities.
• Prepare budgets, conduct financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate debt-related reporting and debt instrument renewals.
