Qualifications

• Five years of accounting or finance experience.
• CPA or CMA preferred; ERP or accounting systems experience encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Oversight and execution of GAAP accounting, reporting and internal controls.
• Manage month-end close process and corporate/divisional reporting.
• Develop understanding of commercial and production environments.
• Serve as financial liaison with division leadership.
• Lead implementation and communication of accounting policies and system improvements.
• Provide analytical support to departments on accounting issues and cost improvement.
• Coach and develop accounting teammates.
