Job summary

Digrig in Frederick, MD is seeking an Assistant Controller to support the Controller in managing the organization's accounting and financial reporting functions. You will ensure accuracy of financial records, maintain internal controls, and oversee daily accounting operations.

You will assist with budgeting, audits, and financial analysis, providing leadership to the accounting team and serving as a resource for other departments.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting requirements.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Controller in overseeing all accounting operations (AR, AP, payroll, GL).
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and monthly close.
• Support audits and provide financial analysis to management.
