Qualifications

• 2-4 years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting or investment accounting.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of partnership accounting and SEC fund compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage quarterly and yearly fund financial statements including audits.
• Coordinate with third-party fund administrators.
• Lead coordination and review of annual tax filings.
