Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited institution.
• Formal training and in-depth experience in cost accounting, financial accounting, local, state, and federal tax regulations, and financial analysis & reporting.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory accounting, valuation, reconciliation and reporting.
• Manage program finance and EAC reporting, revenue timing, and project billing.
• Lead monthly/quarterly/annual closing, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Support SOX compliance, internal controls, audits, and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and supervise accounting staff, driving process improvements and cross‑functional collaboration.
