Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and revenue recognition standards.
• Experience with financial reporting, reconciliations, budgeting and forecasting.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with ERP systems and reporting tools.
• Audits, internal controls and process improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarter, and year-end close processes.
• Review financial results, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules for accuracy.
• Analyze financial performance and investigate variances to provide insights for management.
• Partner with operational and business leaders to support budgeting, forecasting and strategic decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and internal controls across the organization.
