Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 7+ years of accounting experience.
• CPA preferred or CPA certification.
• Construction industry experience preferred; ASC 606 knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end close, account reconciliations, journal entries, and accruals.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, KPI reporting, budgets, and forecasts.
• Manage WIP reporting, project forecasting, and percentage-of-completion accounting.
• Supervise AR, AP, job costing/contracts, fixed assets, and general ledger activities.
• Support annual audits, quarterly reviews, tax schedules, and compliance requirements.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and strengthen internal controls.
