Pinion is looking for an Assistant Controller in Wichita to deliver high-quality financial results while collaborating with clients. This position combines hands-on accounting expertise with project management, making it suitable for detail-oriented leaders.

You will supervise a small team of bookkeepers and engage with clients to ensure detailed financial management. Experience in agriculture is a plus, as well as knowledge of QuickBooks and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of accounting experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience is valued.
• Experience with agricultural clients is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key point of contact for clients.
• Review financial statements for accuracy and completeness.
• Supervise day-to-day oversight of 2-4 bookkeepers.
