Job summary

Hirebridge LLC seeks an Assistant Controller to join our team and drive strategic growth across plant operations, leveraging solid accounting skills, problem solving, and attention to detail for finance team success.

Responsibilities include job cost accounting for multiple units in six states, implementing improvements in processes, and supporting month-end close with accurate reporting and timely insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Experience in a multi-site manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Self-starter with adaptability and ability to prioritize.
• Overtime availability, especially at month end or during audits.
• Contributes positively within a team environment.
• Ability to drive process improvement.
