Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in accounting or finance; CPA preferred but not required.
• 3+ years of accounting or financial management experience.
• Strong GAAP and financial reporting knowledge.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes with accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain internal controls and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with department heads to analyze financial data and support budgeting.
• Participate in audits and assist with documentation and reporting.
