Job summary

Odyssey Information Services seeks a senior finance leader reporting to the VP of Finance to partner with the executive team and lead a small finance group.

You will own forecasting, budgeting, monthly reporting, and present financial results with actionable insights to drive strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Manufacturing experience strongly preferred; aerospace, automotive, or similar industries are ideal.
• Strong background in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and executive reporting.
• Advanced Excel and presentation skills.
