Hours / Schedule
Typical 7-30 to 5-00 day shift; quarter end can run 55-60 hours for 1-2 weeks.
Job Responsibilities
Hands on Leadership role with ownership of the GL, FP&A, and Costing.
Standard monthly J/Es, more complex inventory J/Es, accruals, G/L reconciliations.
Supports Financial Statement Preparation.
Oversight of A/R processes, review.
Cost Accounting – all Standard Cost.
Very involved in Budget, Forecasting, Financial Analysis functions.
Qualifications
BS degree in Accounting or Finance.
5+ years of progressive experience.
Manufacturing industry experience.
Standard Cost Accounting knowledge.
Variance Analysis, budgeting and forecasting experience.
CPA or CMA (nice to have).
SOX environment experience – no findings in the last year.
US PERSON (Citizen or Green card holder) by ITAR standards.
