Job description

An excellent opportunity is available for an Assistant Contracts Manager who are looking for that next step in their career.

The position will be to join a growing main contractor that deliver high quality commercial and industrial newbuild and refurb solutions both regionally and nationally, on values upto £10m.

The role would suit those at either a Site Manager, Assistant Project Manager level or have a small amount of experience in contracts management from a contractor background.

The position would be a development role, where you would have responsibility for supporting the operational delivery of smaller projects within business, whilst working closely with the Construction Director as a support across the business, who in turn will assist in your continued development.

• Already have had exposure to a Junior Site / Operational management role within an associated building contractor environments.
