L&L Legacy Construction is seeking a hardworking and reliable Assistant Construction Project Manager to oversee all aspects of our projects and ensure progress stays on schedule. You will coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to keep work flowing and on track.

The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of construction methods, strong leadership, and a proven track record in managing budgets, permits, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience as a Construction Manager.
• Project management certification preferred.
• Deep understanding of construction management methods and processes.
• Strong leadership and crisis resolution skills.
• Familiar with Excel and construction management software.
• Ability to break large projects into small steps.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the construction project.
• Coordinate with other construction professionals to determine the specifications of the project.
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors and suppliers.
• Secure necessary permits and licenses.
• Ensure all professionals on site comply with building and safety regulations.
• Schedule key deliverables and milestones and ensure progress is being made.
• Estimate costs and keep the project within budget.
• Coordinate subcontractors and outside contractors.
• Supervise and direct laborers and construction workers.
• Report on progress.
• Identify and mitigate any potential issues that may arise.
