DACON Corporation is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to add to our team. The Assistant Project Manager assists the Project Manager in directing and overseeing the operations and activities of assigned projects. The overall goal of the Assistant Project Manager is to ensure a safe and quality project is completed on schedule and within budget, while enhancing client relationships. This is a full-time and in-person position; candidates must be able to travel to our Natick office and to local job sites.
The Assistant Project Manager works with the Project Manager to control the time, cost, and quality of construction projects. The Assistant Project Manager acts as a liaison between owners, architects, engineering, subcontractors and clients regarding project feasibility, cost, scheduling, completion, and close-out for multiple construction projects.
