Essential Job Functions

• Enforce Elmington's safety standards
• Assist in project startup activities
• Develop and update project schedules
• Manage submittals and procurement
• Track RFIs and other logs
• Assist with financial management including subcontractor payments
• Manage project closeout documentation
• Record meeting minutes and prepare meeting materials
• Participate in project coordination meetings
• Teach and model company policies and processes
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Education and Experience

• S. Degree in a construction-related field preferred but not required with sufficient experience

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Sit, stand, and walk frequently
• Communicate verbally and listen actively
• Handle objects and tools
• Occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
• Lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
