Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field required.

• OSHA 30 Hour Certified.
• Working knowledge of construction, subcontractor agreements, scheduling, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist in management of all features of assigned projects from start through closeout.
• Prepare and distribute meeting minutes.
• Maintain current construction documents and prepare as-built documents.
• Manage the RFI and Submittal processes.
