Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field required.
Minimum three years’ construction experience as a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager.
OSHA 30 Hour Certified.
Working knowledge of construction, subcontractor agreements, scheduling, and safety.
Responsibilities
Assist in management of all features of assigned projects from start through closeout.
Prepare and distribute meeting minutes.
Maintain current construction documents and prepare as-built documents.
Manage the RFI and Submittal processes.
